The 2017 Blues & Roots on Water Street festival is a one-day two-stage six-acts totally indoors limited ticket nice and intimate festival featuring some of the finest in Roots, Americana and Blues that the Chicago area has to offer!

This year, Chicago Blues mainstay and carrier of the family torch, Wayne Baker Brooks will headline the festival's Blues Stage while Jonas Friddle & The Majority, an eight-piece Indie Folk Rock Band out of Chicago will headline the Roots Stage. Rounding out the Blues Stage line up will be the Fox Valley's very own Noah Gabriel and the Ladies of Leland, which is a band fronted by Scott Tipping and featuring Mae Koen, Nora O'Connor and Mary Lou O'Brien. The Roots Stage line up will also feature The Chicago-based bluegrass Leadfoot Band, and midwest bread in folk and Americana Bloomington, Illinois native Chicago Farmer. The festival doors will open at 4:30pm and the music will start promptly at 5 pm. Tickets are limited so get your's early!
