Enjoy the Cardboard Boat Race! Gather the cardboard, make your design and pick a Captain for this splashtastic event! After a year off we are happy to paddle our way back to Yorkville's Riverfront Park and find out who has what it takes to stay afloat! Cash prizes will be awarded to the to the 3 fastest boats and the top 3 boats voted Best In Show! Race begins at 5:30pm with voting for Best In Show starting at 4:00pm. Registration is accepted the day-of with floats arriving to Riverfront Park no later than 3:30pm. Life vests, helmets and paddles will be supplied and kids are welcome and encouraged to participate!
